Every year 350,000 mothers and 4 million children die during childbirth leading to the creation of the Grand Challenge for Development: Saving Lives at Birth. By bringing together leading innovators, development experts, and potential funders, the Development XChange was the first step in building a community to help meet this Grand Challenge for Development: Saving Lives at Birth.
